Demand on our services has created an opportunity for a front end/Projects & Construction Senior Associate to join the Melbourne team working with Partners Luke van Grieken and Stephen Natoli . Working across a range of large domestic and international projects this is a unique opportunity to pursue an area of law that presents exciting potential for career advancement and significant development opportunities.The key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows;ResponsibilitiesAssist clients on a range of front end matters and large scale projects with a strong focus on energy transitionAdvise on and draft a range of project documentation including project development and construction delivery documentsManage work streams on large domestic and international projectsLiaise with clients and assist in negotiationsAssist with business development and marketing initiativesRequirementsA minimum of 5 years PQE gained within a front-end construction or projects practiceExperience assisting on a range of energy/construction/projects mattersStrong client liaison skillsExcellent analytical, drafting and communication skillsStrong time management & organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities simultaneouslyThe successful candidate will need to be an energetic, driven and focused individual with exceptional academic achievements.
