Originally Western Australian based, the company has expanded our customer base Australia wide and is proud to have set up a Chemical blending facility in Brisbane QLD.Position: Sales Representative- Food and Beverage + IndustrialJob Description: As a Sales Representative at Environex you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business. Your primary responsibilities will be to engage potential customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the unique benefits of our products/services. Your outstanding sales skills and exceptional people skills will be the foundation for developing a loyal customer base and achieving sales targets as well as maintaining a current call pattern for an existing customer portfolio where scheduled visits are in place to support ongoing product and site support.Environex has a blending facility located in Crestmead Industrial area. The successful candidate will benefit from local manufacturing giving them the best opportunity to be successful in a competitive service driven market. The ability to produce, store and supply product locally positions the business strongly. The only missing piece is the appointment of a Brisbane based sales superstar that can help us write the next chapter of this family owned successful business.Responsibilities:Proactively seek out and identify new sales opportunities through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, networking, and referrals.Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings, emphasizing how they address the customers'' pain points.Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies, share insights, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors'' offerings to remain a knowledgeable resource for clients.Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, demonstrating your strong sales acumen and customer-centric approach.Requirements:Proven track record of success in sales, with 3 years of experience in a chemical and/or Food and Beverage site, chemical hygiene sales-related role servicing dairy factories, meat works, salad processors, value adding plants or general food production and processing plants.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with the capacity to close deals and convert leads into loyal customers.Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a results-oriented approach to sales.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also excelling in an individual capacity.Knowledge of Chemical products and familiarity with our products/services is a plus.CIP / COP and food hygiene knowledge highly desirableA customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding service.Microsoft Office and Pronto knowledgeCompetitive salary and attractive commission structure.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.Comprehensive training and ongoing support to enhance your skills.A supportive and friendly work environment that values your contributions.Fully maintained work vehicle, mobile phone and personal computer.How to Apply: If you believe you have the perfect blend of sales skills and people skills to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.
