Works include marine works and tunnels, seawater intake system, a seawater reverse osmosis desalination plant, groundwater system, drinking water storage and pump system, supported by civil, electrical and bulk earthworks.Key Responsibilities:You will be responsible for the effective administration of subcontracts through all phases of the project, including scope preparation, subcontractor management, claims/variations processing, completion and close outMaintain accurate records of contract correspondence, variations, and claimsPrepare and submit progress claims and invoices in accordance with contract termsAssist in the resolution of contractual disputes and claimsMonitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contract termsPrepare and maintain a contract register and schedule of contract deliverablesIdentify and manage risks as well as opportunitiesEnsure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies and proceduresRequired Skills and CompetenciesA Tertiary qualification in a relevant field and/or substantial experience performing the roleA solid foundation of experience in contracts administration, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industryAn ability to build conducive relationships with subcontractors in sometimes challenging environments whilst having the confidence to negotiate terms for win/win outcomesA high level of attention to detail and ability to manage a workload with competing prioritiesWhat we offerAt ACCIONA, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where our employees can grow and develop their careers.
