(2) Management of heart failure consistent with National Heart Foundation of Australia and Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand guidelines. (3) Management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) consistent with COPD-X guidelines. (4) Home visits within the Greater Newcastle Sector in an HNE vehicle as required.High level skills and involvement in clinical care, supervision, mentoring and teaching.
