The Centre is a one-stop-shop for anyone looking to improve their skills and job prospects including students, jobseekers and career changers. It provides a culturally responsive service to Aboriginal people, engaging with the local community and industry to help build local prosperity.The Manager of the Jobs and Skills Centre leads the development, implementation and evaluation of the range of services provided by the Jobs and Skills Centre. The Manager supervises staff and manages their performance and development and also manages the relationship with any co-located services.The Manager develops and maintains relationships with industry, community and relevant service providers and monitors and reports on the performance of the Jobs and Skills Centre.The Manager is responsible for actively developing and maintaining connections between the services provided by the Jobs and Skills Centre and the business processes of the College to achieve employment and training outcomes for individuals, businesses and industry.To work for the College, you may be required to hold Australian or Australian equivalent qualification(s).
