We encourage their business growth and support their personal journeys because our customers depend upon the resilience and courage of experienced bankers like you to guide them through challenges and develop long-term, trusted partnerships.Each day, youll go above and beyond to:Keep things simple whilst managing small business lending requests up to $2 million, and home lending up to $5 millionMove with speed in this role converting leads into wins, fuelling growth and delivering impressive results whilst driving customer advocacyBe customer obsessed and increase the portion of customers who consider NAB to be their Bank of ChoiceOwn it by understanding our customers needs to provide tailored holistic banking solutions.Win together by building relationships with our brokers and proprietary customers to create and action new business opportunities as well as supporting our existing customersWere looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers.
