Specialising in Project Homes, this business has a strong pipeline of work and a culture built on trust, support, and long-term staff retention.Youll take ownership of the drafting process from preliminary design through to construction documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and buildability across all projects. Working closely with estimators, schedulers, supervisors, and consultants, youll help streamline the design-to-construction process and support efficient project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed working drawings and documentation for residential projectsAmend and update plans based on client selections, variations, and regulatory feedbackLiaise with internal teams and external consultants to ensure plans are accurate and compliantEnsure all documentation meets relevant building codes, council requirements, and developer guidelinesMaintain drawing registers and version controlWhat Youll Need:Minimum 3 years experience as a Draftsperson in residential constructionProficiency in ArchiCADStrong knowledge of residential building codes and standardsExcellent attention to detail and a methodical approachStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team environmentWhy Join?Salary up to $90K + Super, dependent on experienceFlexible hours start and finish to suit your lifestyleWork from home options availableSupportive, tight-knit team with low staff turnoverOngoing variety with a steady pipeline of projectsJoin a company that genuinely values its people and where team members stay long-termKeen to grow your drafting career with a supportive team?
