The team provide specialist services for young people, children and families, adults, and older people. Community mental health services include a specialist Aboriginal Mental Health Team, bilingual mental health workers and Peer Support Workers. Our main sites are at Canterbury, Croydon, Camperdown, Marrickville, and Redfern Community Health Services. The role will be based at Croydon Health Centre.The Community Mental Health/Core Team Model Of Care StatesThe Community Mental Health Team (Core Team) is the mainstay of the community mental health system. Core Teams and provide a range of clinical services including intake, assessment, consultation, treatment ,and care coordination.
