Youll play a critical role in overseeing multiple projects across the region from inception through to delivery.What Your Day Will Look LikeWorking closely within the Property Works & Services team to deliver a range of building and construction focused projects.Undertaking contract preparation, tendering process and contract management functions.Deliver capital projects while ensuring high standards and performance KPIs are met.Liaising with external consultants while also managing internal and external relationships across a large portfolio of projects.Providing status reports to stakeholders, update financial constraints and timeframes while planning and scoping works for delivery.Ensuring relevant compliance are meet and polices are met while providing good quality and on time outcomes.Please click here to view a full position description.What Youll Need For SuccessA skilled Project Manager with experience running large to mid-sized built environment projects. Youll have strong working knowledge of specifications, local government tendering processes and solid contract management skills. You will be able to apply this to working across multiple projects concurrently while meeting defined targets. Strong communication skills will be key, with the ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
