The JSC''s are non-custodial sites and are located at Bairnsdale, Cranbourne, Dandenong, Frankston, Lilydale, Morwell, Moorabbin, Pakenham, Ringwood, Rosebud, Sale, Warragul and Wonthaggi, with Dandenong and Morwell also being the Regional Offices. All sites deliver a range of justice services including Community Correctional Services, Sheriff''s Operations, Births Deaths & Marriages (forms and proof of identification), and Youth Justice. Wulgunggo Ngalu Learning Place, a residential program location, is based at Macks Creek near Yarram.About The RoleReporting to the Manager, Finance and Risk, the role is responsible for providing administrative support functions for the Area''s financial and risk management functions.Some Of Your Duties Will IncludeAssisting in the delivery of financial and risk management services by meeting agreed corporate and program objectives, service delivery standards and timelines, including accounts payable, purchase orders & reconciliationsUnder the guidance of the Manager, Finance and Risk, assisting in the provision of accurate and evidence-based advice to support the development of budgets, planning, risk and emergency management, change and project management activitiesUnder direction, collecting statistical information, analyse, prepare reports, obtain quotes and prepare estimates for works and servicesTo learn more about this role before applying, please read the attached position description.About YouAs our ideal candidate, you will possess:Demonstrated experience of government purchasing processes and procedures, and the use of purchase to payment system Oracle, or similarThe ability to learn relevant legislation, policies, procedures, guidelines and regulationsDemonstrated experience in Microsoft 365 applications, in particular Excel, Outlook (and group mailboxes), SharePoint and Teams.
