Reporting to the Manager of Quality, Projects & Insights, you will be responsible for a broad array of reporting and insights, quality assurance, continuous improvement and automation activities to support the teams across the division.You will work both autonomously and collaboratively with your fellow Quality, Projects & Insights Analysts, as well as with a range of other stakeholders inside and outside of the division including Settlements, Payments, Funding Services and Customer facing teams.The key responsibilities includeCreate engaging dashboards and reports in a variety of reporting productsSupport divisional projects and enterprise-wide projectsComplete monthly divisional reportsIdentify data trends and anomalies to identify potential issuesPerform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistencyMaintain and improve the divisions quality assurance practices and frameworksAbout youMinimum two (2) years'' experience in a similar role within Financial ServicesTakes pride in delivering exceptional customer service experiencesPossesses strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and time management skillsExcels in team-based work environments supporting colleagues to do their best workTake personal accountability for the quality your workSelf-motivated and self-driven to deliver outcomesProficient in working across multiple technology platformsProven experience in Office 360 products (incl.
