In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to oversee the end-to-end coordination of the pre-construction process, ensuring a smooth transition form proposal acceptance to site commencement. Acting as the central link between departments, to drive workflow efficiency, remove roadblock and ensure project progress on time. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:Manage the end-to-end workflow process from proposal acceptance to project commencementSet and track weekly department targets aligned with business goalsLiaise with the Sales Manager to prioritise draft sales plan and workflowMonitor inboxes and coordinate drafting workloads to meet key deadlinesMaintain a live workflow dashboard for project visibility and milestone trackingFacilitate workflow meetings to review progress, roadblocks, and accountabilityTrack and report on key operational metrics and identify improvement opportunitiesDrive clear communication between teams and produce monthly forecast reportsAbout you:You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger.
