This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a multi-year L&D work programme that supports leadership development, core professional skills, cultural capability, and employee experience across the Ministry.You''ll work closely with internal teams and external providers to deliver fit-for-purpose learning solutions, support programme delivery, and help evaluate the impact of our learning initiatives. You''ll also play a key role in sourcing providers, coordinating learning events and supporting continuous improvement across our L&D systems and processes.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and making a real difference through learning.
