Youll lead the development of quality systems, oversee audits and validations, and ensure our Student and Learning Management Systems are running smoothly and accurately.This isnt just about ticking boxesits leading and working alongside passionate teams to make a difference to our accredited training programs. Youll work closely with stakeholders to improve systems, processes, and outcomes, to deliver great outcomes for learners, while embedding a culture of excellence, integrity, and innovation.Your day-to-day as a QA & Compliance Manager will include:Leading the QA, Compliance and Resource Development teams to confidently support operations in meeting regulatory and contract requirements with clarity and purposeEnhancing and implementing quality assurance systems that are practical, user-friendly, and aligned with the Standards for RTOs 2025Leading internal audits, validations, and delivering continuous improvement initiativesManaging ETCs SMS and LMS platforms to ensure accurate learner tracking and reporting, and delivering a streamlined, engaging experience for students.Providing practical training and collaborative support to empower staff across Training ServicesFostering collaborative solutions with stakeholders that improve service delivery while maintaining compliance excellenceMonitoring training compliance across various government-funded programs (e.g. SEE Program and S-EA)Leveraging data and insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvementChampioning ETCs values and fostering a culture of learning, inclusion, and shared successWhat you will bring:Solid experience in compliance and quality assurance within an RTO settingStrong understanding of ASQA standards and VET sector reporting requirementsConfidence using SMS/LMS platforms and Microsoft OfficeCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)A collaborative leadership approach to engage stakeholders and drive shared successA proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine interest in supporting others succeedCurrent Working With Children Check (or QLD Blue Card) and National Police CheckBonus points if you have:Qualifications in compliance auditing (e.g. Diploma of Quality Auditing)Experience with aXcelerate SMS/LMSKnowledge of government-funded training contracts and programsHow to ApplyClick Apply to submit your resume and cover letter (saved as ONE document).
