One way we bring this to life is by hiring and developing exceptional talent, to deliver on our wide array of audit, tax and advisory services.About The RoleJoin BDO''s Audit team as an Undergraduate in January 2026, based in our Sydney or Parramatta offices.As an Undergraduate Auditor in our Audit team, youll build your technical accounting skills, whilst you complete your studies.Our Audit team deliver high quality audits that provide transparency and insights that clients can trust. Each audit is an exciting opportunity to learn and understand the ins and outs of how a business operates, looking at both the big picture and detail to deliver quality audits, and add real value to clients.What Youll DoAs an Undergraduate Auditor at BDO, you can expect to:Join a large team of experienced audit specialists and technical expertBe client facing, working in the office and field, visiting client sites across various industries such as not for profit, tourism, retail, hospitality, real estate, construction, transport & logistics and governmentUse BDOs international audit methodologyReview financial statements, prepare, and maintain working papers, identify risks and identify opportunities to improve client internal controls.What Youll GetA permanent part-time or full-time role within your appointed service line/teamFlexible work and study support including paid study/exam leave, textbook allowances, and reimbursement of your admin fees for each semester/trimester (subject to the number of days you work and location)Support and guidance from your buddy and managerService line specific learning and development, aligned to clear career pathwaysSocial activities with your early careers cohort, and the wider firmBenefits including free breakfast, healthy snacks and dress for your dayA culture of opportunity, connection, community, and impactGlobal possibilities, were in 166 countries.EligibilityTo be eligible for our Undergraduate Program, you must be:Studying towards an Accounting, Corporate Finance, Commerce, Finance or other relevant undergraduate degreeEligible for postgraduate study (CA/CPA, CFA)Available to start in January 2026.How To ApplyClick on the student program and location you want to apply for.
