Our Partner Store is the go-to for electricians, dealerships, and trade customers delivering small to mid-size EV charging projects nationwide.Were hiring a Business Development Consultant to support and grow our trade customer base. Youll manage inbound and outbound sales activity, educate customers, and build strong repeat relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the challenge of managing multiple moving partsthis is the role for you.What You''ll Be DoingThis is a hands-on, high-volume B2B sales role. You will:Convert inbound leads from electrical contractors, dealerships, and business customersEducate customers on the best EV charging hardware and software options for their needsGuide trade partners through the store and quoting tools to enable self-serviceManage a portfolio of contractors, ensuring regular engagement and repeat purchasesMaintain accurate deal tracking and notes in our CRM (e.g. Pipedrive)Identify pain points and help improve internal quoting, product flows, and systemsCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, ops, and product teams to improve the end-to-end experienceWhat You''ll BringSales experience in B2B, wholesale, or trade environmentsConfident communicator with strong follow-up and relationship-building skillsOrganised and reliable, with strong attention to detail and CRM hygieneTechnically literateable to learn product specs and explain technical concepts clearlyBonus: experience working with electricians or trade-based customer basesOur Commitment to YouWere not just building EV infrastructurewere shaping an industry.
