Whether youre a seasoned broker or looking to level up with the right backing lets talk.What you''ll be doing:Managing the full lending process end-to-end from discovery to settlementWorking closely with our financial planners to create holistic strategiesSupporting warm referrals from both new clients and our existing book (you wont be starting from scratch)Advising across a range of lending needs from first homes to complex investment or SMSF loansHelping clients feel confident, clear, and empowered in their decisionsStaying sharp on lender policy, product knowledge, structures, and credit criteriaWho you are:At least 2 years of experience in mortgage brokingDiploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking + MFAA or FBAA accreditationConfident managing loans end-to-end with minimal hand-holdingComfortable structuring deals and clearly communicating lending options to clientsBased on the Sunshine Coast hybrid to start, with a future office in the worksValues-driven, proactive, and excited to grow with a boutique business that puts people firstWhy Zion?Base salary of $70,000 + super + commission This is a long-term role, and salary will grow as you doWarm client flow including new leads and an existing book of refinance clients ready to goFlexible work full-time preferred, but part-time may be considered depending on your experience and availabilitySupportive team work closely with our financial advisers to create real outcomesModern, values-led culture we genuinely care about our clients and the people we work withHybrid setup with plans for a Sunshine Coast office youll help shapeNo micromanaging, no burnout culture just good people doing good workSound like your kind of role?Send your CV and a cover letter to info@zionfinancial.com.auGot questions?
