Our staff ensures individuals have the support and skills to lead successful, satisfying lives in the community.Relief Counselors play a vital role in our mission by providing direct support care, meeting daily living needs, and maintaining a safe, inspiring environment.Other Key Responsibilities:Assist in developing and implementing individualized, person-centered treatment plans.Assist individuals with accessing transportation.Implement activities that promote community engagement and personal relationships.Complete all required documentation accurately and timely.The organization offers additional hourly differentials based on skills, location, training, and the population served.
