We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.This role is responsible for providing excellent support to our customers by answering their questions, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring they have a positive experience.Work closely with other departments within the organisation to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer queries regarding the bookings of home based sleep studies.If you enjoy working with people, have great communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Provide timely, accurate, courteous responses to incoming calls and emailsLiaise with ALH states staff to resolve customer enquiriesIdentify opportunities for improvement within the department and working collaboratively with other departments to implement solutionsMaintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsProcess and follow up after call requests via email, telephone and direct in a timely accurate and efficient mannerAre you a MATCH?Passionate about providing exceptional Customer Service and building relationships over the phonePrevious experience in a contact centre desirable but not essential as training will be providedExcellent phone mannerStrong attention to detail and accuracyAdministrative and Sales experience (desirable)Computer literate with the entire google suiteStrong verbal and written communication skillsA can-do attitude aligned to the continuous improvement of our customer experience strategyIf this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
