Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure the best value and ensure supply chain efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, QA, Operations) to develop and launch new products, from concept to shelf.Build and manage a strategic product assortment that aligns with the companys positioning and customer expectations.Ensure that all new product introductions meet profitability targets through effective cost control, pricing strategies, and margin optimization.Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market response.
