$85,000 per year plus superannuation and more Inspire excellence on and off the waterapply to lead our rowing team and shape a legacy of teamwork, discipline, and competitive spirit at the College!This position is responsible for leading the rowing program, delivering quality coaching, competition, participation and best athlete outcomes.You will develop, encourage and grow participation and performance outcomes, lead quality skills-based and developmental coaching, promote the sport as enjoyable, facilitate a safe environment, and foster a culture of ethical and respectful sports behaviours.
