As off-road adventure builders, we create more than vehicleswe create the tools for freedom and exploration.As our operations and product ecosystem grow, were expanding the way we manage and communicate knowledgeacross production, product, and customer channels.About The RoleWere looking for a Product Documentation Lead to own and evolve our internal and external documentation ecosystem.From the factory floor to the customer dashboard, your work will ensure that technical knowledge is captured, structured, and clearly communicatedwhether its a production process map, an Owners Manual, or product guidance for a YouTube video or product configurator.This is a cross-functional role, collaborating with engineering, production, service, and marketing teams to bring clarity and consistency to how our products and processes are documented and shared.What Youll DoBuild and update customer-facing documents such as Owners Manuals and Knowledge Base articlesTranslate technical detail into content suited for product pages, configurators, and support channelsUpdate & maintain factory documentation, including production process and value stream mapsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure content is technically accurate and user-friendlySupport digital and marketing teams by providing content for YouTube videos and online guidesStandardise and manage templates, documentation formats, and content systemsEnsure content is structured, version-controlled, and aligned with brand tone and compliance needsAbout YouYoure someone who sees the story in the systemanalytical but creative, structured but empathetic.
