Cost Recovery Analyst - Grade 7/8Work Type: Temp up to 2029Location: BathurstClosing date: 1st August 2025 [9:59am]About the organisationSpatial Services, a division of the Department of Customer Service is the key provider of spatial land information services in New South Wales.Spatial Services'' integrated framework connects the people of NSW to a comprehensive package of land and property services including property information, surveying and mapping.Spatial Services'' provides land information services to individuals, businesses, government agencies and non-profit organisations throughout NSW, Australia and internationally.About the role:As a Cost Recovery Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and managing cost recovery processes to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations across Spatial Services.You will collaborate with various business units and departments to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimise resource allocation for products and services. Your role will be crucial in maintaining financial records for compliance and audit requirements.The ideal candidate will have:strong analytical skills and a passion for improving financial performance experience in collating and analysing financial data to provide quality reporting to inform decision making. experience in examining expenditure to ensure compliance with agreed tolerances experience managing multiple simultaneous service design and mapping requests, managing completing customer, business and technical demands to achieve expected outcomes. excellent time management skills to effectively balance competing demands and priorities. s trong attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication and stakeholder relation skills Salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at 113,574 base plus superannuationClick Here to access the Role Description .
