As a group, we strive to be more, do more, and work to ensure every client achieves outcomes that are greater than they expected.About The RoleDue to growth in our team we are looking for an experienced property lawyer with 3-5 years PAEOur Property team is led by ten experienced partnersThe team is well organised with established processes in place to ensure high quality work is delivered and appropriate training and support is provided for all lawyers working directly with partners.Additional opportunities include working on hotels, clubs, resorts and accommodation assets, including liquor licensing and gaming matters. We are the leading Queensland firm in this area and act for major clients completing high-profile matters for assets all over Australia.You will receive a diverse range of property transaction work, with direct access to partners who are interested in progressing your career.Key Responsibilities:Property Transactions: Commercial, Office, Industrial and Retail property sales, acquisitions, and due diligence for significant property assetsDevelopment Work: Assist with site acquisition, due diligence, structuring, titling, body corporate and land subdivision developmentsLeasing: Draft and negotiate Commercial, Office, Industrial and Retail leases, including complex agreements for lease, major tenant leases, lease renewals, variations and enforcement actionsGeneral Property Work: Contract negotiation, settlement processes, and property-related advisory workClient Management: Direct client contact and relationship building with major property investors, developers, and corporate clientsSpecialised asset classes: opportunities to work on specialised asset classes including Hotels and Resorts, Retirement Villages and Aged Care, and Build-to-Rent developments.3-5 years PAE in property lawStrong experience in property transactions, development work, and leasingDemonstrated ability to work both as a team member and autonomously on complex mattersExcellent drafting skills with strong attention to detailAbility to effectively communicate with clients and build long-term relationshipsDeadline-driven approach with ability to work under pressureStrong business acumen and pragmatic approach to transactionsOur Offerattractive salary in line with experience and benefits including agile working arrangementsopportunity to work for industry leaders and work directly with Partnerspositive and collegiate professional environmentWork on high-profile, complex transactions with sophisticated clientshealth and fitness eventsocial activitiesevery one of our staff has their birthday off each yearChristmas Week activities and choice of giftOur cultureOur CultureAt Mullins, we like to push the boundaries of what a law firm is supposed to be.
