This role ensures all maintenance is carried out safely and efficiently, protecting the health and safety of personnel while maintaining the technical, environmental, and commercial integrity of the assets at all times.Responsibilities:Implementation, review and execution of equipment strategies, O&M plans and support inventory optimisationActively contributing as an integral part of the Power Station TeamManaging and working with contractorsProvide expert level of technical advice to both Production and Maintenance teams.Act In the role of Site superintendent as required.Provide strong leadership, flexibility and support change whilst continuing to improve performance.Is This You?You will demonstrate a strong work ethic and an excellent safety-first problem-solving mindset.
