If youre driven by purpose and excited to be part of something bigger, wed love to have you on the journey.The Role :The Maintenance Supervisor Electrical is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical maintenance activities for plant and equipment at Darling Downs Power Station. This role ensures all maintenance is carried out safely and efficiently, protecting the health and safety of personnel while maintaining the technical, environmental, and commercial integrity of the assets at all times.Responsibilities:Implementation, review and execution of equipment strategies, O&M plans and support inventory optimisationActively contributing as an integral part of the Power Station TeamManaging and working with contractorsProvide expert level of technical advice to both Production and Maintenance teams.Act In the role of Site superintendent as required.Provide strong leadership, flexibility and support change whilst continuing to improve performance.Is This You?You will demonstrate a strong work ethic and an excellent safety-first problem-solving mindset.
