As an experienced and dynamic sales professional, youre responsible for leading and driving sales engagements. Youre motivated by the desire to solve critical challenges facing our customers secure environment, so youre prepared to connect them with a solution for every stage of threat prevention.Youll be responsible for meeting and exceeding your quota by crafting and implementing strategic territory plans targeting deployments of the Palo Alto Networks Next Generation Security Platform. This is a unique opportunity for a closer with a go-getter mentality to win business and market share by actively displacing competing technologies.Your ImpactYou will specifically be responsible for acquiring and managing commercial accounts in MalaysiaEmploying world-class account management skills to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the target accountsBe a highly competent presenter, with a proven track record in selling to C level executivesDevelop and maintain detailed account profiles including organisational charts for all accounts to be reviewed by management on a quarterly basisFacilitate communication on strategic and tactical issues facing our clients and partnersMaintain continuity and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments, and governmental regulations that affect target marketsDevelop market strategies and goals for each product and service - understand the strategies, goals, and objectives of accountsLead coordinating account strategy and tactics with cross functional teams and partnersTake full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement processExtensive domestic travel and possible International travel as necessaryQualificationsYour Experience10+ years of prior sales, business development or relevant experience in Software, IT Hardware OR Cybersecurity industrySelf-motivated and Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externallyEnterprise sales experience with and actionable rolodex of decision makersSuperb organisational skillsExperience selling network infrastructure based security appliances including but not limited to - Firewalls, SSL/IPSec VPNs, Security Proxies and CachesPractical knowledge of routing and switching products that will be installed adjacent to the Palo Alto Networks appliancesExperience working with channel partners and understanding of a channel centric go to market approachAdditional InformationThe TeamPalo Alto Networks has brought technology to market that is reshaping the cybersecurity threat and protection landscape.
