Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content LinkIn this role, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership and direction that enables the Controlling Team to deliver valuable financial analysis, reporting, and advisory services to the business.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Management Accountants to achieve month-end reporting deadlines, departmental goals, and ensure compliance.Analysis: Perform ongoing analysis of key financial positions, reports, and processes within the Controlling responsibilities.Month-End Responsibilities: Responsible for calculating and reporting on complex financial positions critical to organizational success.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.Reporting: Improve, prepare, and present reports on financial performance and other key metrics for stakeholders.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards related to inventory management and internal controls.What Youll Bring:Bachelor''s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or similar (CPA or CA required)Proven leadership experience in a finance functionExperience in a complex sales and distribution organization in a Management Accountant / Controller roleStrong interpersonal skills to partner effectively across all levels of the organizationIntermediate to advanced Excel skillsExperience with Power Pivot, Power Query, and Power BI is advantageousLogical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for manual data sourcesOur OfferDiversity and Inclusion:Diversity and inclusion are central to the Liebherr Groups core values.
