Integrations projected for the coming FY will include between Salesforce and HubSpot, Workday, Azure Integration services, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and other aged care industry platforms.Manage and perform large- and small-scale data migration projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimal performance.Develop and maintain APIs (REST/SOAP) for real-time and batch data exchange working in collaboration with the other HammondCare technology teams.Explore how best to leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to unify and activate organisational data for real-time insights and integrations.Collaborate and work with members of the platform team to carry out development, supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team.Collaborate with data and analytic teams to ensure smooth data ingestion, transformation, and visualization of Salesforce data in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.Monitor and troubleshoot integration and data issues to maintain operational efficiency.Ensure all solutions align with security, compliance, and data governance requirements. Be responsible to maintain data classification, privacy requirements and adhere to data security policies.Provide technical documentation, testing, and training for integrations and data workflows.Stay up to date with emerging tools and technologies in Salesforce, data cloud solutions, and analytics platforms.About youEssential/Mandatory:Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent experience4+ years in integration or data specialist roles involving Salesforce and other enterprise systems.Certified Salesforce Developer with a deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, experience with migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench etc), proficiency in SOQL and familiarity with Salesforce APIs (REST and SOAP).Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, API development, and Salesforce Data Cloud.Proven expertise in integrating Salesforce with analytics tools such as Power BI and data lakes like Microsoft Fabric.Proven experience in planning, executing, and validating large-scale data migrations.Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and experience with tools (eg.
