Job Description

An opportunity exists for an experienced workers compensation professional who is responsible for delivering quality Workplace Risk and Workers Compensation advice and services to clients, including managing key existing clients programs and identifying new business opportunities for the company.Reporting to the Queensland Workplace Risk State Manager the primary focus of this role will be to provide an innovative and flexible approach to our clients workplace risk programs, recommending solutions and working with them to achieve sustainable improvement in their performance.The RoleManage clients workplace risk programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality servicesProviding Outsourced Return to Work support services for a range of clientsMaintaining comprehensive client data and updating accordinglyProducing analytical written reports for clientsCompleting premium renewals and policy placement of national workers compensation insuranceUndertaking premium forecastingMaximising the revenue generated from the existing client base by continual analysis of client profitability and maximization of group functionsSupport WTW to seek and secure new business opportunities through cross selling of broader WTW service offeringsAdhering to all compliance and business processesQualificationsThe RequirementsPrevious experience in a workers compensation role, or similar within an insurance or self-insurance environment preferably in QueenslandDemonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of workers compensation claims principles and processes, and ideally how these vary by stateThe ability to identify key policy/premium influencing factors and provide support to the claims processStrong Microsoft Office/Excel skillsExcellent report writing and correspondence skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills to provide clear explanation to clients when requiredA customer centric approach to workProactive time management skills and a proven record of prioritising workloads and meeting deadlinesDemonstrated experience delivering accurate services on time to ensure service and quality standards are metTertiary qualification in allied health or equivalent work experience desirableIf you believe you have the skills and passion for this role, but don''t meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
