Own your role - create and take control of your processes Your key duties and responsibilities will include: Coordinate pre-listing tasks and ensure property compliance Organise styling, cleaning, and trades to prepare properties for market Manage creation and delivery of marketing materials Handle social media updates and promotional content Support open homes and assist with buyer interactions Follow up on enquiries and maintain CRM records Prepare market reports and manage client communications Oversee settlement processes and liaise with solicitors To be successful in this role, you will need: A current Certificate of Registration is essential Your own car and driver''s license At least 6-12 months experience in real estate Immaculate presentation An enthusiastic attitude, energetic, hardworking, and hungry for success!
