The ClientThis well-known and long standing property owner is seeking to appoint a Retail Leasing Executive to join their high-performing team based in Brisbane, working across major regional assets!The role on offer would suit someone with strong retailer networks, solid negotiation capability, and the ability to hit the ground runninggetting deals done efficiently and with confidence.The drive to reach financial targets is a must, as too is the ability to think outside the box to continually provide innovative retail solutions.The RoleAs the Retail Leasing Executive, you will actively manage the leasing process, with your overall objective being to maximise gross income from the tenants and to optimise occupancy levels.Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Re-negotiating existing leases to maximise gross incomeEnsure low vacancy, along with rental growth and low incentive capital.Working on remixing & adding new precincts into the assetIn-depth knowledge and understanding of shopping centre precinctsTo maximise rental growth on lease renewalsEntail leasing with both F & B andspecialitystoresTo develop & implement leasing plans and strategiesTo continually develop retailer relationsTo continually develop the leasing processes within the business nationallyWork in partnership with key internal & external stakeholders including centre teams and retailersAble to travel interstateThe CandidateThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience working with an institutional owner or private landlord.
