Parabellum International are seeking a motivated Recruitment Advisor to become a key part of our dynamic team on a permanent basis. We are seeking a passionate individual with outstanding interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for recruitment to complement our existing team.Reporting to the HR Manager you will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeManage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.Assisting with workforce planning, talent management, and other HR matters.Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.Conduct initial screenings and interviews, reference checks, candidate selection and providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.Facilitating the onboarding, induction, and mobilisation of new employees to project sites.Preparing and completing employment documents such as contracts of employment.Reviewing and confirming qualifications/certificates.Coordinating skills assessments, medical examinations, and drug and alcohol tests.Managing candidate profiles and maintaining candidate records and database management.Responding to employee queries.About you:Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, or a similar role.A team player with excellent communication skills.Meticulous attention to detail, and strong administrative skills.Strong adherence to compliance, policies and procedures.Experience in the fire, medical and/or rescue industries is desirable.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Highly developed interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.At Parabellum International, our core values of transparency, agility, family, making a difference, and going above and beyond guide our actions and shape our work environment.
