Reporting to the General Manager Product Management, in this role you will assist in budget preparation, reporting, document management, data entry, travel planning, meeting coordination and provision of contract management supportKey ResponsibilitiesAddress internal and external customer enquiriesUpdating and maintaining databases and systemsAssists in the preparation of annual MIN PM CAPEX / OPEX budgets and administers CAPEX re-questsAssist in the development and maintenance of business processes and procedures for the MIN Product Management Team.Coordinates site mobilisations, enters and processes travel requests / travel itineraries and compiles / processes expense claims.About YouCert IV in relevant discipline ORAt least 3 years relevant administrative experienceHigh attention to detail and effective communication skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standardIdentification and resolution of potential issuesAnalytical skillsCustomer service skills (advanced)Diversity and InclusionDiversity and inclusion sit at the heart of the Liebherr Groups Core Values.
