As we grow, were looking for a driven and proactive School Relationship Officer (SRO) to help us expand and deepen our partnerships with schools.About The RoleAs an SRO, youll be the key point of contact for schools in your region, responsible for both growing our customer base and retaining existing clients. Youll work closely with Coordinators and Trainers to ensure they are fully supported and positioned to get the most out of IVETs offerings.Success in this role will be measured by your ability to meet growth and retention targets, and to consistently identify and convert new opportunities within existing and prospective school relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strong, productive relationships with school leaders, trainers, and coordinatorsDrive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our expanding portfolioAchieve and exceed sales targets related to both new business acquisition and client retentionDeliver high-quality onboarding, training, and ongoing account supportMaintain accurate records and activity tracking in CRM (HubSpot)Collaborate with State Coordinators and internal teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experienceEnsure schools are set up on the IVET Portal as per IVETs school onboarding processes.Actively monitor and support all schools undertaking programs with IVET.Work directly with school staff in relation to any compliance issues identified through IVETs quality assurance measures and/or monitoring activity.Ensure schools can satisfy the facilities, equipment, and trainer & assessor requirements for a Third-Party Contract with IVET before advancing any application or commitment to work with the school.What Success Looks LikeMeeting and exceeding retention targetsConverting new leads into long-term partnershipsGrowing enrolments and course offerings within existing accountsHigh levels of customer satisfaction (NPS >7)About YouA background in account management or business development (ideally in education and training)Confidence presenting to school leadership and decision-makersAn understanding of Secondary Schools, particularly Senior Secondary SchoolingExperience with Learning Management System(s)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsA strong focus on results, with a passion for hitting and exceeding targetsGreat organisational and communication skillsA current drivers licence and Working with Children CheckWhats On OfferBe part of a mission-led organisation shaping education across AustraliaWork in a supportive, fast-paced and growth-focused environmentFlexible work arrangementsJoin a team where your success directly contributes to student outcomes and school partnershipsA vibrant and inclusive company cultureCompetitive salary and benefitsNotesWestern Australian-based applicants onlyThis position is a 12 month fixed term contract - maternity leave coverApplications close COB Monday 11 August 2025.We will be shortlisting immediately.
