You will ensure robust systems and procedures are in place to meet strategic objectives and compliance standards across Ventia Training.Role 1 Supports the quality assurance activities4.8.25 - 18.12.26 (17 months) Brisbane based and must have Registered Training Organisation experience.Contribute to the development and coordination of quality program data and feedback from stakeholders, ensuring the content is analysed, reviewed and updated regularlyMonitoring, reporting and continual improvement of Learning and Engagement programs, activities, costs, performance, etc, via feedback , surveys, participant interviewsAccurate maintenance of information on the Learning and Engagement Invent siteDesign and develop marketing and promotion material for newsletters, slide decks, information sessionsCo-ordinate and accurately process training related invoicesEnsure awareness and compliance with ASQA, NZQA and Ventia training policies and proceduresRole 2 Supports the learning program activities4.8.25 27.3.26 (8 months) Location negotiableContribute to the development of an annual training schedule that meets identified staff training needs and longer-term strategic learning and engagement plansCo-ordinate the successful planning and execution of learning and development programs and initiativesLiaise with Ventia Academy and Safety, People and Culture personnel to address specific learning & engagement needs/issues arising from the execution of the annual training scheduleSupport the various VT internal stakeholders by providing proactive, strategic input in the development and implementation of initiatives, policies and proceduresEnsure awareness and compliance with ASQA, NZQA and Ventia training policies and procedureRequired Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in these roles you should have an entry level qualification in business administration, training or equivalent experience and have practical knowledge of contemporary Learning & Organisational Development practices.
