It offers private rooms and self-contained villas, ideal for an overnight holiday to the Whitsunday Islands or a longer stay in Airlie Beach.The RoleWe are currently recruiting experienced management team members who are highly customer-focused and passionate about guest and community engagement. Successful candidates will be able to deliver exceptional visitor experiences.If you are an experienced park manager, we can work with you to succeed in this role. For partner applications, one applicant will be the park manager, and the other will be the Assistant Manager. Candidates must be computer literate, possess a strong work ethic, and be willing to perform duties such as grounds maintenance and cleaning amenities and common areas.Both Resort Manager and Assistant Manager roles are full-time. Flexibility for weekend work and overnight stays on-site within the park with your own caravan, camper, or RV is required.Responsibilities include:Managing all business operations and guest experiencesBeing hands-on with a positive attitudeProblem-solving in a fast-paced environmentFitting within established guidelinesLeading and supervising small teamsBeing accountable for financial outcomesAchieving KPIsOur strong Australian-based support office and local management team support relief managers in WHS, legislation, IT, and HR, enabling on-site teams to focus on guest satisfaction.Selection CriteriaEnergetic, enthusiastic, and hands-on approachProven experience in a similar roleOutstanding customer service skillsFamiliarity with RMS 9+ booking system and good computer skillsWillingness to learn and apply systems and processesStrong communication, organizational, administrative, and management skillsProfessional interaction with stakeholdersAvailability to work a seven-day roster, including holidays, weekends, mornings, and eveningsAbility to liaise with on-site managersThe CompanyBelgraviaPRO is a management services company specializing in tourism property operations, from campgrounds to large tourist parks.
