With 140 years of heritage and over 1,900 passionate individuals across 20 countries, were excited to continue our journey forward.Join our vibrant team in Sydney as an HR Business Partner and be part of something extraordinary!Your contribution:You will act as a strategic partner supporting the Leadership in forecasting workforce needsYou will be involved in Talent Acquisition Strategies by consistently attracting, recruiting and maintaining high-quality staff across all levels of the organizationYou will coordinate and support the onboarding process and provide suggestions for improvementYou will play a key-support role in the performance review process by tracking timelines, assisting with documentation, and ensuring policy alignmentYou will assist in updating HR policy documents and support communication efforts around HR procedures and complianceYou will foster a positive culture that aligns with company values and objectivesYou will oversee Payroll, provide HR advice and support to managers and teamsYou will act as a mediator and advisor on employee relations issuesYou will assist in maintaining compliance records and support audits or reviews related to Fair Work legislation and company policyDo you think there is even more to discover in this role?
