We have offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Manila.We are looking for talented Change Management practitioners with relevant experience, who share our passion for delivering quality outcomes through business change, to join our team.Your New RoleAs a Change Manager, you will work directly with our clients across all areas of change management to deliver high quality outcomes. Each engagement is different, but typically a Change Manager is expected to be able operate independently (autonomously) on a project with responsibilities that include:Taking briefs from clients with the ability to provide direction about Change Management servicesAnalysing a client''s business, operations and structure to understand where there is a potential impact from changeMeeting and presenting to stakeholders including preparing business documents and slidesProposing appropriate tactics to manage organisational changes for a project in a way that leads to the desired outcomesExecuting on plans, scheduling, reporting on progress, raising risks and issues, maintaining effective relationships, and being a supportive project team memberApplying Project Management principles as well as Agile, Waterfall and blended methodsProviding the needed level of support to the recipients of change as well as business leaders during and after the projectWhat You BringComing into the Change Management Practice at the Change Manager level means that you will bring professional experience in consulting and/or knowledge of project delivery and the end-to-end delivery of organisational change.
