You will develop, implement, and undertake a broad range of property functions including acquisition, disposal, leasing, site analysis and due diligence within Queensland Health as part of a decentralised property ownership model to support Hospital and Health Services.Reporting to the Property Manager, you will formulate, analyse and provide reliable, high quality and complex technical advice and recommendations to management, executives, clients and stakeholders in relation to property strategies, transactions, and issues.We''re seeking a dynamic Property Advisor with expertise in corporate real estate functions with particular reference to property transactions in the context of a large and geographically dispersed public sector organisation.
