For us, lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.The OpportunityIn this role, you will:Work as part of the APAC People team in support of the regional people strategy, focusing on Linesight Australias operations in Sydney and Melbourne.Build strong partnerships with business leaders to coach and advise on all people-related matters and strategy.Serve as the point of contact for employee relations issues and solutions, ensuring employees and managers receive necessary support.Coach, develop, and mentor leaders within the business to enhance team management capabilities.Respond to queries from managers and employees regarding policies, systems, immigration, and benefits.Lead regional implementation of key global processes and initiatives (e.g., engagement surveys, compensation reviews, performance management).Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to ensure the selection of quality candidates.Contribute to other regional P&OD initiatives and projects as needed.We would love to hear from you if you:Have at least 8 years of experience in a human resources business partnering role.Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously, prioritizing tasks according to deadlines.Have a solid understanding of employment law and best practices in Australia.Are detail-oriented and quality-focused.Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.Enjoy a dynamic environment with opportunities to engage in various initiatives.Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment, utilizing strong stakeholder management skills.The APAC People team covers the full spectrum of employee experience in APAC.
