It is a catalyst for wider rail transformation underway across the South East Queensland and it is already playing a key role in how we prepare for the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.Cross River Rail is a new 10.2km rail line including 5.9km of twin tunnels running under the Brisbane River and CBD, with four new underground stations at Boggo Road, Woolloongabba, Albert Street and Roma Street. The Cross River Rail Delivery Authority is also tasked with multiple supporting projects and activities, including accessibility rebuilds for eight surface stations, construction of three new stations on the Gold Coast, upgrades for stabling yards, track works and surface rail enhancements, and the introduction of a new world-class digital train signalling system.This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to contribute to region-shaping infrastructure projects and to be a part of something that will leave a lasting legacy for generations to come.This role is offered on a 2 Year Full time contract with possibility of extension.About the RoleAs theManager, Information Management, you will lead the strategic direction, governance and optimisation of enterprise-wide information and records systems across the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority and Sequence Alliance.This senior role ensures information management practices meet legislative obligations while enabling digital transformation, accountability, and service delivery. You will provide expert leadership across platforms such as Content Manager (TRIM) and Microsoft 365ensuring integration, functionality, and user adoption align with business needs. You will also collaborate with senior leadership to embed a culture of information integrity and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide information and records management frameworkEstablish governance structures, policies, file plans, and security frameworks aligned with legislationProvide expert strategic advice and reports to the Director, CIO, and Executive Management TeamOversee TRIM system performance including upgrades, configuration, and continuous improvementLead classification, access controls, and optimisation within M365 for productivity and AI-readinessDeliver training programs and governance to build capability across the organisationIdentify and implement digital solutions that automate and enhance information workflowsCultivate partnerships across internal and external stakeholders to elevate system maturityChampion the Authoritys values and safety requirements in all work practicesAbout You:To be successful in this role, you will bring:Advanced knowledge of public sector information management frameworks and complianceExpertise in designing governance structures, policies, and lifecycle controlsProficiency in managing enterprise content systems (e.g., TRIM, M365)Strong leadership and mentoring experience with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersHigh-level communication skills for reporting, training, and stakeholder engagementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in digital solutionsUnderstanding of privacy and records legislation and handling of sensitive informationExcellent time management and strategic alignment of work to organisational prioritiesWhy work with CRRDA?On Cross River Rail you will not only work with the best but become your best.
