Through on-the-job learning across our main operations, you will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most experienced and talented professionals in the construction industry.The program offers graduates practical exposure to different parts of our business, as well as the chance to experience living and working in various metropolitan and rural locations across Australia. Over the course of the 2 years, you will be working in a concrete plant, operating machinery on a quarry and helping our senior management team with budgets, plus a whole lot more. You will be in corporate wear one day and steel caps and a hard hat the next.At Heidelberg Materials Australia, we have a genuine commitment to our people, and a strong culture of ''growing our own''. 80% of our senior managers started on our MDP- including our CEO. This will allow you to find out more about Heidelberg Materials Australia and our Management Development Program, meet some of our leaders and former MDP graduates and complete some individual and group assessments. You will also have a one-on-one interview with the MDP Coordinator or another manager.
