A strong, skilled, and stakeholder-oriented Project Manager is sought to lead building services, minor works, and fit-out projects in Darwin.Why ApplyThis leading organization is well-renowned within the Facilities Management / Building Services sector, supporting key clients in the Government and Non-for-profit sectors.Base CriteriaIdeally trade-qualified (Electrical, HVAC, or Building Trade) with 5+ years of project management experience leading fit-out projects up to $3M.Outline DutiesSupport and manage the efficient and effective delivery of Capex Fit-out projects up to $5 million across a diverse range of clients and portfolios, providing operational planning and direction.Ensure the delivery of multiple concurrent building upkeep and Minor Works projects (average $50K to $3M each) across various clients, in accordance with the Building Code of Australia, HVAC and Electrical Regulations, Statutory Compliance, and Industry Best Practice.Skills and AttributesOver 10 years of industry experience, with at least 7 years of Project Management / Supervisory experience within an organization delivering Minor and Capital Works to multiple Federal & Territory Government, Leisure, Commercial, and Education premises.Technically competent, responsible for leading a team of direct and subcontract staff undertaking Building De-fits, Re-fits, and replacement/minor works on Electrical Power Supply / Distribution, CCTV, HVAC, and Data / Communications.Prior experience with MS Project, ASITE, Aconex, and/or Hammertech is preferred.Excellent Project Management skills, capable of managing the full PMO function from costing, pricing, and bidding on projects to mobilization and ongoing support and progress updates.Ensure project quality and timely completion/handover.Please apply via the link or forward your CV to WATrades@austcorplabour.com.au.Deal with experienced professionals; AustCorps Building Services / WA Trades recruiters have over 90 years of industry experience! #J-18808-Ljbffr
