This passion for gaming, has led to KICK being recognised as an industry disruptor and the ones to watch, making us the ultimate destination for gamers and creators alike.Kickstart your career and apply today!What you will do:Mentor and nurture junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture by providing constructive feedback, conducting regular design reviews, and supporting the professional growth of the broader team.Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand user needs, and translate them into effective design solutions.Lead the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring a high standard of quality and consistency.Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders, clearly articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
