Located on Progress Drive, were part of a close-knit, culturally diverse community that values connection, communication and collaboration.With stimulating indoor and outdoor play spaces, engaging excursions and strong family partnerships, our Nightcliff team is committed to creating a space where both children and educators thrive.Your Role as Educational LeaderAs our Educational Leader, youll be a key part of the centres leadership team. Youll use your experience and knowledge to guide educators, build strong relationships, and ensure high-quality practices are embedded across the service. Your leadership will support a positive, collaborative culture where educators grow professionally and children are supported to reach their full potential.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and mentor educators to deliver inspiring, child-led programsLead reflective practice across the team to encourage growth and innovationUse Storypark effectively to document childrens learning in a meaningful and professional wayCollaborate with the team to maintain consistent, high-quality practices throughout the centreEstablish, nurture and foster strong and inclusive relationships with children to support their development and wellbeingPartner with families to promote open, honest communication and shared goalsGuide the team to meet National Quality Standard (NQS) requirements and deliver best-practice outcomesAbout YouYoure a passionate educator and a natural leader whos committed to supporting others.
