As a renal nurse, you''ll specialize in a dynamic dialysis environment while building meaningful patient relationships.Your Responsibilities:Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.Reviewing pre and post-hemodialysis care with patients.Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.Requirements:NMC Registered General Nurse.Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.What We Offer:Full-time position (37.5 hours per week), with paid breaks.Monday to Saturday shifts, withno night or Sunday work.Starting Salary of up to 35,067, based on dialysis experience.Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours.35 Days Holiday (inclusive of 8 days bank holiday) increasing with service.A focus on internal development and career progression, including opportunities to undertake relevant study.A supportive and dynamic work environment with a strong focus on team collaboration, including health and wellbeing activities.Enjoy holidays on Christmas and New Year''s Day.Free Uniform, Tea & Coffee, Flu Vaccine, and Christmas Meal.Referral scheme paying up to 1,000.Please note that clinical experience in a renal setting is preferred but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training.Why Choose Diaverum?We''re committed to nurturing your career and providing top-tier training.
