With decades of expertise, we serve leading insurance companies, law firms, and government agencies throughout New South Wales.Personal injury investigation demands professionalism, technical expertise, and ethical conduct. Your role involves gathering evidence and facts to enable legal professionals and insurers to make informed decisions within Workers'' Compensation, CTP, and Common Law frameworks.You will investigate workplace injury claims, motor vehicle accidents, and Common Law matters. Your work involves gathering evidence, witness statements, and documentation to support legal and insurance assessments. You will conduct witness interviews, analyse documentation, and execute surveillance operations whilst engaging with injured parties, legal representatives, and insurance professionals.Mandatory LicensingYou must possess:Current NSW Class 2E (Private Investigator) security licence from SLED, NSW Police ForceCPP30619 Certificate III in Investigative Services (all 16 required units including factual investigation specialisation)Current NSW Master Security Licence authorising owner-operator statusInsurance RequirementsYour business must maintain:Workers'' Compensation Insurance meeting NSW legislative requirements Professional Indemnity Insurance (minimum $20,000,000) Public Liability Insurance (minimum $20,000,000)SIRA ComplianceWe operate in full compliance with State Insurance Regulatory Authority Guidelines for NSW personal injury schemes.
