DPFC has two buildings as part of its specialist Health and Wellbeing Precinct, dedicated to supporting prisoners with mental health, cognitive impairment, physical disabilities and complex needs.About The RoleThe Justice Officer Records and Property is responsible for processing new prisoners into the prison and the release of existing prisoners to freedom or for court appearances.Some Of Your Duties Will IncludeAs part of the Records and Property team - and under supervision - performing all administrative functions pertaining to the Records and Property at the Dame Phyllis Frost CentreMaintaining an effective and professional communication channel with Courts, Police, Legal Entities, Government Departments, Visitors, Clients, and various stakeholdersMaintaining accurate data of prisoner property and transfer of property to other prisons and undertaking accurate investigations of prisoner property claims within a timely manner.This position will require direct prisoner contact and shift works.
