You will also benefit from ongoing training and career development.About YouTo be successful you will have the following skills and experience:Experienced in leading a team on industrial sites.Mechanical or Electrical trade backgroundMust be able to lead a team that maintains an excellent attitude to safety through leading by example.The ability to lead a highly productive team to meet project and company objectives.Possess a high level of written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships.Enjoy problem-solving.Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Teams and Excel.Previous experience in job estimating and quoting.Quality Management experience.Budget management experience.Flexible and open to working away from home, as required by the company.LicencesTrade Certification (Mechanical or Electrical)High risk work licence with WP ClassWorking at Heights certificate within the past 2 yearsWhite Construction CardUnrestricted C Class Drivers LicenceHold or be able to obtain a National Police ClearancePlease note all your tickets and licences MUST be current to commence on site and be employed by PHE.
