We are seeking a true HR generalist to partner closely with operational leaders and the broader People team to drive initiatives, build capability, and deliver meaningful outcomes across the employee experience.As a member of the regional leadership team, youll proactively build relationships and empower managers to lead confidently, ensuring that Costa thrives across People, Product, and Community.Key Aspects Of The Role IncludePartner with site leaders to implement HR strategies, initiatives, and systemsAct as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance, and industrial mattersLead annual performance, talent and succession planning cyclesManage regional recruitment and deliver exceptional onboarding experiencesProvide guidance on policies, legislation, awards, agreements, and complianceOversee regional labour compliance, agreement making, and industrial relationsSupport WHS initiatives and contribute to audits (e.g. Modern Slavery, Fair Work, PALM scheme)Facilitate team culture and engagement activitiesAbout You:Tertiary qualifications or substantive and demonstrable related experience in HR functionDemonstrated ability to provide expertise, coaching and advice across a wide variety of HR mattersWorking knowledge of legislationStrong customer focus and ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the businessAbility to work independently and as part of a teamIf this sounds like you, apply now. #J-18808-Ljbffr
